The Operations Director of Ash Promotions, Ashleigh Roche, is no stranger to the world of marketing. Ashleigh with her many years being the lead of the Creative Counsel in Kwazulu-Natal whilst starting and leading the ‘National Promotions Department’ of Flash, now Pepkor. This as well as starting Ash Promotions on her own and leading Ash Promotions to its current market-leading position, reflects a sound understanding of the marketing industry.
Ash Promotions strives to produce exceptional quality campaigns, in both the formal and informal market, for brands nationally and internationally where market research and brand awareness are the core focus in making your brand a household name.

MEET THE TEAM
Our team members are amazing multi-taskers (several job descriptions all in one). Our full-time staff are ensuring mouths are fed and brands are embedded within the required communities. Full time teams enable and engage in a variety of activations throughout the year, whilst keeping costs low, ensuring value for our clients’ money. This allows for flexibility within our operations, allowing for teams to be moved when the need arises for your brand, making Ash Promotions your go-to Promotions company and ensuring your brand is known to all markets.
That being said we, at Ash Promotions emphasise a sound mental health for all of our staff. We strongly believe a healthy body and mind allow for our team to keep the Ash Promo standard and have, through this approach, become a team to be reckoned with.

Ash comes from an experienced background with years of industry knowledge. Ash heads up the team, with her expertise and ability to conceptualise ideas from scratch.
Mark Roche
Financial Director
A born and bred Irishman, Mark headed up his own business in Ireland for ten years in the hospitality and retail industries. Mark now handles all of the company financials as well as managing the set-up and breakdown of all campaign rigs.
Bianca Abreu De Freitas
Senior Account Executive
Bianca is able to multi-task, problem solve and is a great team player. She has a passion for people and believes that life is what you make of it and nothing is ever too much for her.
Ongezwa Mzanywua
Junior Account Executive
Ongezwa joined the Ash Family in 2023 as she relocated from Mthatha, Eastern Cape to be a part of the Johannesburg Team. She is motivated, hardworking and always ready to take on a new challenge! Jade Ribeiro
Head of CSI
Based in KZN, Jade heads up CSI for Ash Promotions and has many years experience in working with individual and community improvement, and thus her role within our CSI team is very valuable to us.

Simz, has been a member of the KZN team for many years. He brings charm and laughter to the group, along with a great understanding of the informal market. Simz, has worked with Ash across various campaigns.
Chwayita Mzanywa
Eastern Cape
Chwayita, aka Nik Naks, is the songbird of the group as she really enjoys singing. Her hobbies include gyming as well as socialising and meeting new people.
Sizwe Nxumalo
Eswatini (Swaziland)
Sizwe is based in Eswatini (Formerly Swaziland) and is a perfectionist at heart. He has great leadership skills, self driven and eager to learn. His hard work has proven the success in the Eswatini market.
Sarona Moabi
Botswana
Sarona is based in Botswana and loves the outdoors! His calm nature and great workmanship has proven to be a great asset to our team.

Lesotho
Mamello is a self-proclaimed task master. But really people are her business. She believes in business; nothing is more important than good relationships between suppliers and consumers.
